Subscription Contract

Rental Professionals provides access to listing information in a specialized rental information bulletin that is updated and supplemented daily. The listing information may be used as often as the subscriber desires during the subscription period. A diligent effort is made to keep the information current, but there is no guarantee that the listed information is completely accurate when given to the subscriber. Rental Professionals does not act as an agent, either for the subscriber or the Landlord, nor is it liable if any information in the daily bulletin is inaccurate. Rental Professionals provides no services other than the information contained in the rental listings information bulletin. Only the subscriber may use Rental Professionals’ services, and such services must not be used by any broker, agency, or person other than a bona fide applicant for residential rental properties for his/her own use. The subscription is non-transferable and non-assignable. The subscription is valid for 1 month and cannot be cancelled. The subscriber may be eligible for a full refund, provided the subscriber has called Customer Service or has come into the office every business day (Monday thru Friday) during the term of the contract, and after the contract has expired, rents a property not listed with Rental Professionals, (*or if housing has not been secured, pays another month’s rent at his/her current address.) Proof of residency may be required. Requests for refund must be in writing and mailed to Rental Professionals at 5206 W. Market St. Greenboro, NC 27409.  All refund requests must include your name, address, and subscription number. Requests for a refund must be received no later than 15 days after the expiration of this subscription. In lieu of a refund, the subscriber may continue to use the service after the expiration date, provided the subscriber continually keeps in contact with the service on a weekly basis, not to exceed four months from the date of issue. Rental Professionals reserves the right to deny and/or terminate service to anyone using the service in violation of this contract, for the benefit of any broker or rental agency, or in any unlawful or malicious manner. *Does not apply to subscribers residing in temporary housing or with friends or relatives. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms of the subscription contract and agree to be bound by them.
